SSC MTS EXAM will consist of 270 total marks, with 90 questions being asked. There will be no penalty for incorrect answers in Session-I, but in Session-II, each incorrect answer will result in a deduction of one mark.

Penalty for Wrong Answers (Applicable to both - Session 1 & Session 2):
There will be penalty for wrong answers marked in Objective Tests. For each question for which a wrong answer has been given by the candidate,

of marks assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty. If a question is left blank, i.e. if no answer is marked by candidate, there will be no penalty for that question.
